Gisella & Franco / The Owners
Franco and Gisella opened “Pizza alla Pala”© in September 2009.
Despite all the bureaucratic impediments and the beginning of the international crisis,
we wanted to carry out with the business knowing that our product was good, genuine and different.
Pizza alla Pala is now recognized and its name has been patented.
We loved this corner of the world, place of our holidays, so we left our beautiful Rome to come and live here. Although being in pension’s age, but still with energy left, we decided to build something worth and good.
Franco makes beautiful pizzas and Gisella serve them with love, making customers feeling at home.
